The ISTD Trichur Chapter, as part of the 57th ISTD Foundation Day celebrations of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), organised a special session on “Future of L&D: Building Intelligent Learning Ecosystems with AI.”
The session was led by Sreekanth D, Ph.D, Head - Knowledge Office, ICT Academy of Kerala, and explored how Artificial Intelligence is transforming Learning and Development through more intelligent, adaptive, and future-ready learning ecosystems.
This session brought together trainers, educators, HR professionals, learning leaders, and students to understand the evolving role of AI in the future of learning.
